Getting Started:

  1. Open the Spoke Message Review tool in another browser window and place side-by-side with this page.

  2. Communicate with your other team Guides in Slack about who you are sweeping.

  3. Find the campaign and texter in Message Review. Select 20-30 responses (or ~1/3, whichever is higher) to review, including some of each:

    1. Active Conversations

    2. Closed Conversations

    3. Needs Texter Response w/ previous messages sent by texter

    4. Opted-Out (“All”)

  4. Use the form below to note what the texter is doing well, and what they may need some coaching or help on. Format your notes as a direct message to the texter (this is sent to the texter too!) and remember to thank them for their work, and be specific in both positive and critical feedback. Use conversation links to allow the texter to make corrections themselves if needed.

  5. Click SUBMIT and move onto the next texter in top priority order.
