This week the Governor, Senate Majority Leader ASC, and Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie are entering budget negotiations.

If a strong public financing package isn't included in the budget, it will be EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to pass afterwards - this is our best shot!!!

We are hearing that our democratic leaders are reaching a deal to include a non-binding commission to "study" the issue - THIS IS NOT ENOUGH.
