For the first time in history, Governor Cuomo, the Assembly, and the Senate all included small donor public financing in their budget proposals after thousands of New Yorkers made their voices heard. We have just a few days to make sure this historic reform stays in the final budget, due at the end of the month--and that it isn’t taken out or watered down in last-minute negotiations.
